  I only have good things to say about our experience. She was very helpful, friendly and was able to fix past taxes that were totally screwed up by our previous tax people.

  Totally unreliable. Waited until the last minute before the deadline to tell me that they were still not sure of how my return should have been filed, ad asked me to file an extension request, though they had my stuff on their desk for more than 20 days.

  It all started nice; very friendly....HOWEVER, I was out of town, and although sent my missing papers 3 weeks in advance(which were minimal additional info to what I provided 2 weeks prior), the accountant managed to wait until two days prior to taxes being due to send me papers I still had to return back to her! She was not aware that my payment and last signatures not getting there on time (because she took her time to send them back to me, despite multiple prevoius calls from me checking to make sure everything was ok)...would mean my taxes would be filed late....then they left a message on my phone to inform me that my taxes would not be filed until my papers got there (again the papers she had sent for two days priro to tax day) the day taxes were due!!!! I furiously called the manager, who excused her accountant to have been too busy...and tried to make it seem my fault! So, if you are not sitting there and you don't get the paperwork in your hands righ away from them- assume your taxes will be late. I asked for a letter in which they acknowldedge their mistake for future reference in which the IRS will fault me; it's been a month, despite the promise of this letter, have not recieved it.
