- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Literally the worst customer service ive ever experienced. Not one person in this office has a single clue how to do anything, they lost payment info 13+ times resulting in a lapse of insurance placing me in high risk insurance. I changed my address 10+ times and not once did it actually change in the system. I wrecked my car in colorado, and they sent me a PA adjuster to deal with my accident. They canceled my fathers home owners insurance after 42 years of being a customer, didnt notify him, he found out two years later that there was zero coverage. Had a fire happened everything would have been gone with no coverage to help, when he called to complain and drop his policy, theyre response was "let us know if you ever need insurance down the road". Ive never seen an office full of stupider people. Do NOT choose this company.By Shawn Glunt, August 14, 2017
